This toy is not a toy! The term "toy" is a term for a form of modern art sculpture derived from various graphic worlds. Often brightly colored and looking great, these figures may be mistaken for toys for children.

THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT TOYS AND ARE FOR ADULT AUDIENCE.

Most of the figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are often hand-painted or assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and most often enhance the value. However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g. the product is broken or missing parts, etc.), we’ll exchange it for a non-damaged item.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of the order, terms & conditions of sale stated here and expressly accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between LE LAB and its client, the two parties accepting them without reservation. 


2. Price 
 

2.1 -  The prices of products, whatever the origin of the order, are indicated in Euros including all taxes and excluding postage handling and shipping. 
 The price listed in the order confirmation is the final price, all Including taxes and VAT for France and the EU countries. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and transportation costs. 
 
2.2 - For all products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, the price is automatically calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties may be charged to the customer by the receiving country. It is customer's responsibility to inquire about the regulations to local authorities. 


3. Order 
 

3.1 - After the order is validated by the user, a confirmation email is sent to customer. The sale is concluded only after confirmation of payment by the customer's bank. 
 
3.2 - If any error occurs in the address of the recipient as provided by the buyer, the seller can not be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the product. 
 

3.3 - The data recorded by LELAB-TOYS.COM constitute proof of all transactions, of the nature, content and date of order. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. 


4. Payment 
 

4.1 - The payment of the order is payable in full on the day of the order through a secure payment: Credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express or using a Paypal account. 
 The payment is performed at time of shipment of the order. 

4.2 - The seller is not required to make delivery of goods ordered by the buyer if it does not pay him the money in full under the conditions indicated above. 
 
4.3 - In case of non compliance of payment terms listed above, the seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery of orders made by the buyer. 


5. Delivery 
 

5.1 - The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. 

5.2 - The times indicated are average times and they correspond to the processing time and delivery provided by our partner COLIPOSTE and are provided for information purposes only. 
 
5.3 - The seller undertakes to use its best efforts to deliver products ordered by the buyer within the time specified. Any delay can not result in damage and any interest, withholding or cancellation of orders by the buyer. 
 
5.4 - If the goods ordered were not delivered within 30 days after the scheduled date of delivery for any reason other than emergency situation, the sale may be resolved at the written request of the buyer or seller. Amounts paid by the buyer will then be returned to him without delay to the exclusion of any compensation or deduction. 


6. Transfer of ownership and transfer risk 
 

The transfer of ownership of goods from the seller and the consequential transfer of risk of loss and damage will be implemented once implementation of the order by the seller, embodying the agreement of the parties on the deal and the price and whatever the date of delivery's payment. The products travel so at the risk of the buyer allowing them to make any damage claim with the carrier within the legal and regulatory requirements. 


7. Withdrawal 
 

7.1 - The buyer has, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L121-20 of the Consumer Code, a withdrawal period of 7 working days from delivery of products to return them to the vendor of exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. 
 
7.2 - The items damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be resumed. 
 
7.3 - The return costs will be borne solely by the purchaser. 
 
7.4 - The return of products must be accompanied by the invoice and return form provided by the seller. 


8. Claims 
 

8.1 - Any discrepancies in delivery due to the carrier must be a reserve on the manuscript delivery. 
 
8.2 - The buyer is responsible for checking the condition of the goods delivered. It has a period of 3 working days after delivery to form by email, any claims or reserves for non-compliance, apparent defect of products delivered with all documents relating thereto. After this deadline and failing to comply with these formalities, the goods will be considered compliant and free of any visible defect and no claim may be validly accepted by the seller. 
 
8.3 - In case of apparent defect or lack of conformity, the seller will replace as soon as possible and at his expense the products delivered. It will then provide the buyer a return form necessary to return the product. 
 
8.4 - The products must be returned at LE LAB SARL 11 rue des Marronniers 30000 Nîmes - France to make their exchange or refund. Transportation costs for return are reimbursed up to 1.5 times the amount of postage charged. 
 The refund will be sent to the customer's name indicated on the order and within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of goods by us. 
 
8.5 - The return of products must be accompanied by the invoice and return form. 


9. Liability 
 

9.1 - The products are conform to French legislation. 
 
 
 
9.2 - The products offered by the company TLE LAB, including those designated as "collectible figurines”, are regarded as objects of art intended for mature audiences over 14 years. LE LAB company may in no case be liable for any injury or damage of any kind relating to the use the customer makes of the product is sold by LELAB-TOYS.COM. 
 

9.3 - The photographs and texts and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. LE LAB company can not be held liable for errors in any of these photographs or any of these texts. 
 
 
9.4 - LELAB-TOYS.COM can not be held liable for breach of contract for out of stock or product unavailability, emergency situation, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transport and or communications, flood, fire. 
 
9.5 - LELAB-TOYS.COM disclaims any responsibility if the contents of one or more of the sites listed in links violate laws and regulations. 
 
 


10. personal information 
 

10.1 - The customer is informed that the personal information that are requested are necessary to process his request. Under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 called "Computers and Liberties", users may at any time use a right of access, rectification and deletion of personal data from LELAB-TOYS.COM. To exercise this right, the user can send his request to sales@lelab-toys.com 
 
10.2 - The user agrees not to disclose that information accurate and not detrimental to the interests of third parties. The personal information and contact details of visitors are only used by the LE LAB company for order processing or communication purposes, including newsletter if the user has expressed the wish. However this information can be provided to third partners in the service on the order. 


11. Rights and images

11.1 - All the texts and visuals reproduced on the website LELAB-TOYS.COM are reserved under the copyright and intellectual property for the world.
11.2 - As such and in accordance with the Code of intellectual property, is only permitted private use unless different rules, even more restrictive, of intellectual property code. Any other use constitutes infringement and is punishable under the intellectual property without permission. Reproduction in whole or in part is strictly prohibited. 


12. Law

By express agreement between the parties, this agreement is governed by and subject to French law. It is written in French and translated in English. Where it is translated into one or more languages, only the French text would prevail in the event of litigation. 


13. Disputes

All litigation to which this contract may result for both its validity, interpretation, performance, termination and their consequences, are subject to the Jurisdiction in terms of common law. Jurisdiction is given to the Tribunal de Commerce de Nimes in France.
